To get webcammax running on ICUII. Follow the these steps:

1: Download and install webcammax from HERE

2: Start ICUII

3a: If you are in VFW mode for your camera, you will be prompted to select the video source when starting ICUII, as show below:

Select "WebCamMax Capture" then click OK

3b: If you are in DirectX mode for your camera, ICUII will start as normal, then go to Settings - Options - Video & Audio, and select "Large (~320x240) WebCamMax Capture (WDM) and click on OK, as shown below:

4: A new window will appear, shown below:

Clicking on OK will start WebCamMax

5: You can now use webcammax as your default webcam on ICUII.

A couple of the things you can do are shown below:

As shown above, when "Sources" is selected, you can see all of your webcams listed and switched between them on the fly, even when when you are already in a private video chat. So if you want a new camera angle, it's as simple as clicking on the other camera in the list

You can also select pictures from your computer to display as a video source on ICUII.
